The Company always adheres to SPIC's core values of "green development, innovation, integration, true faith, true work and true success," and has formulated the Corporate Culture Action Plan, which was released in May 2019, focusing on the cultural character of "cultivating ourselves and arousing others." It embodies the nature of a treasury company and the characteristics of the electric power industry as well as the management characteristics of the financial industry, mainly covering the five topics of cultural character, development goal, business philosophy, team building and code of conduct. Over the past seven years, through learning and publicity in various forms, the cultural character of "cultivating ourselves and arousing others" has become the ideological identity and self-consciousness of employees, leading to a significant improvement in the Company's cohesion, creativity and execution. This has been pushing us to make breakthroughs in reform and development.
